The sailing area is between Corfu and Zakynthos with the islands of Paxos, Antipaxos, the Ambrakian Golf with Preveza, Lefkas, Meganisi, Kalamos, Kastos, Ithaka, Astakos, Arkoudi, Kefalonia, Zakynthos and the mainland between Sajada and Atokos.

Brevailing winds in the summer come from NW, starting about 1.30 pm, strongest with 4-6 bft about 2-3 h before sundowning. Light winds from S to E in the mornings.Sometimes will come depressions from SW, with thunderstorms and rain, but you will notice them early enough and they are quite rare in summer.
